Infinito Facility Management India was founded around three decades ago with a vision and two socially-inclined goals of developing India and helping the poor and the needy. We aren’t merely a profit-making or a service-based enterprise. Instead, we are a socially responsible and concerned organization aiming to make the world a better place to live through extensive R&D and breakthrough innovations across various essential and critical areas concerning society and the environment.

Although our journey began with smaller facility management projects, we did not confine ourselves to facility management. Over the years, we’ve spread our wings to venture into other areas such as waste management, emergency services, renewable energy, robotic parking systems, etc.

Our founder, Mr. Aniket Gade & Rajendra Sonawane , is a visionary Indian citizen who has immense faith and confidence in his team’s capabilities. His haan, karenge! Mr. RAJENDRA GANPAT SONAWANE

Founder, Chairman and Managing Director

Mr. Rajendra Sonawane was born in Mumbai, Maharashtra, and hails from a very modest and destitute family. After finishing secondary school, he gave up his education to help his family financially. In 2001, he began working as a small skill in the hotel industry. He had a two-year government apprenticeship in hotel management and has worked in the hotel industry for 22 years. 18 years with Marriott International Hotels and 4 years with other hotel brands. A real adherent of Marriott’s credo ‘Take care of your employees and they’ll take good care of your customers, and the customers will come back”.

Mr. Rajendra continuously focused and delivered on his primary goals allocated to him, and as a result of his consistent performance and good guest feedback, he is an inspiration as he overcomes all the odds, all the challenges placed at him by life, and emerges triumphant. Constantly cheerful, always certain that life would provide him with the best, that wonderful times are on their way. He believes in it, works hard for it, and makes it happen. His life mantra from ‘The Secret,’ states “Let It All Go, Expect Miracles, Wait Without Anxiety, And Know the Universe Has Your Back”. Watching him in various roles has only motivated us because of his tenacity and determination to achieve.

As a Manager at courtyard by Marriott Pune, Chakan he handled the operations and strategized the game plan to the hotels success. Mr. Rajendra was nominated for the “J. WILLARD MARRIOTT AWARD OF EXCELLENCE” and received the “INTERNATIONAL HOSPITALITY AWARD”. He is an example of a person who has been denied of the nice things in life but has never given up in his pursuit of achievement and recognition for his efforts and deeds.

Mr. ANIKET HANUMANT GADE

Founder, Chairman and Managing Director

Mr. Gade , born in a small village Khalumbre, in Pune district of Maharashtra in a farmer’s family. From childhood he knew that , the hard work is the only key to success and to overcome critical financial situation at home . His tough situation thought him the importance of patience , hard work and consistency. He finished his schooling from his village and for future studies he moved to Pune .

As he was good in sports he played hockey at national level and cricket at state level . He got admission in Fergusson college from sport quota . Although he was good in sports he had to leave his game because of economic crisis at home . He returned to his village and started helping his father in farming. He was always fascinated with the idea of doing business but lack of capital was the hurdle .

In 2008 MIDCS started settings in his village and within a decade MIDCS settled down properly and he stared working as helper in MIDC under manpower contract on wage of 6k per month and this journey gave rise to the idea of establishment of Jopadevi group in 2018 . He started a small Business in chakan MIDCs and within a years his company reached this place to introduce it as the best supplier of services and support to industries . Started in a competitive market with just 1 client and 2 employees and managed to reach around 2k manpower on a contract and more than 35 clients out of which 50% are multinational companies in just a period of 2 years .

The company trying to create an employment as from establishment to the date more than 8.5k In early childhood from selling vegetables in village market with grandmother and helping father in farm , working as a helpers on wage of 6k and to the making 40 cr of annual turnover is such a inspiring story . Mr. Gade believes in serving humanity and making a significant and positive change in society
